Volunteering Opportunities
Carnival Booth Assistant | 30 openings

Volunteers will assist with operating carnival game stalls and activity booths, helping participants enjoy interactive games while promoting our charity's mission. They will support stall setup, guide participants through activities, distribute prizes and help maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Event Ambassador | 20 Openings
23 August 2026 | 10.00am to 12.30pm
Volunteers will engage the community by encouraging participation at carnival booths, energising the crowd, raising awareness of the event and conducting post-event surveys at strategic locations around Palawan Green, Sentosa.
Event Mascot | 6 Openings
23 August 2026 | 7.00am to 12.00pm
Volunteers will don the Tinkle Friend mascot, engage with the Guest of Honour and participate in the flag-off for the 2km walk. The mascot will also interact with participants through activities such as photo-taking.
Each engagement will last about 45 mins to 1 hour.
Event Photographer | 5 Openings
23 August 2026 | 7.00am to 1.30pm
Volunteers will assist in taking photos of participants at key locations (e.g. flag-off, along the route, finish line) and cover assigned zones or moments as directed by the photography coordinator.
Note: Volunteers are required to bring their own camera gear and ensure that their equipment is in good working condition.
Event Site Marshal | 20 Openings

[VivoCity to Sentosa] Volunteers will guide participants from VivoCity to the designated shuttle buses heading to Sentosa, while providing directions and general assistance along the way. They will also assist with crowd management, venue navigation and ensuring participants are safely directed to the event site and key facilities.
Funpack Distributor | 20 openings
23 August 2026 | 8.00am to 11.00am
Volunteers will transport and distribute 4,000 fun packs from storage locations to collection booths, ensuring participants receive their welcome materials and enjoy a positive first impression of the event.
Funpack Packer | 150 openings
22 August 2026 | 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Volunteers will work in teams to pack 4,000 fun packs with event materials, sponsor items and welcome gifts, ensuring each participant receives a complete welcome package.
Registration Assistant | 10 Openings
23 August 2026 | 6.30am to 9.00am
Volunteers will assist staff members with registration, bib distribution, participant verification and crowd control.
Route Marshal | 100 Openings
23 August 2026 | 6.30am to 9.00am
Volunteers will guide and encourage participants along the walk/run route, while providing directions and safety support. They will also assist with crowd management, venue navigation and directing participants to the finish line and facilities.
Water Point Coordinator | 15 openings
23 August 2026 | 7.00am to 10.00am
Volunteers will assist with topping up water points along the walk and race routes, as well as distributing water at the event grounds.
